Transcription: Large bears are big, stout land predators and are widespread in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Unlike dogs, bears walk on their heels and can walk great distances through their wide territories despite their heavy body weight. They often undergo a spasmodic hibernation throughout the winter months. This is passed in caves where they also bear their young.
